All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of wholesale trading, all orders placed with Infinity Wholesale Hub are final. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, we are unable to offer any refund, exchange, or return, under any circumstances — unless there is a verified error on our part.
Product Verification Responsibility
We strongly encourage all customers to review product details, images, ASINs, pricing, and quantities carefully before placing their order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the order meets their expectations prior to payment.
Damaged or Lost Items During Transit
All orders are securely packed and dispatched using trusted courier services.
However, Infinity Wholesale Hub is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage during transit. If your shipment is damaged or lost, please contact the courier company directly to initiate a claim.
Order Fulfilment Accuracy
If there is a genuine fulfillment mistake from our side — for example, wrong item sent or major quantity mismatch — the customer must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. All claims must be submitted in writing with clear photo or video evidence. Only after proper verification will we consider any corrective action.
Change of Mind or Over-Ordering
We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to:
- Change of mind after payment
- Over-ordering
- Unsold inventory
- Issues related to personal resale platforms (eBay, Amazon, etc.)
Invoicing & Documentation
Once payment is received, the customer will be issued a final invoice. Please ensure all order details are correct before payment, as no amendments can be made afterward.
