2️⃣ Account Registration & Approval
- All customers must apply for a wholesale account via email or form submission.
- We reserve the right to approve or decline any application based on business verification.
3️⃣ Product Pricing & Availability
- All prices are listed in GBP (or USD if specified) and are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- Product availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Once payment is received, prices are considered final.
4️⃣ Orders & Payment
- Orders will only be processed after full payment is received and confirmed.
- Payment must be made within 2 days of invoice; otherwise, stock may be released.
- We accept payments via bank transfer (details will be provided on invoice).
5️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 7–10 working days after payment.
- We offer free shipping to Amazon FBA warehouse (if agreed), and may charge for delivery to personal or residential addresses.
- Any delivery delays caused by third-party couriers are outside our responsibility.
6️⃣ Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there is a clear fulfilment error on our part.
- In case of any issue, customer must report within 24 hours of delivery, with evidence.

7️⃣ Intellectual Property
- All logos, brand names, images, and content on this website are the property of Infinity Wholesale Hub or their respective trademark holders.
- Use of our content without permission is strictly prohibited.
8️⃣ Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including sales loss, profit drop, or platform suspension (e.g. Amazon, eBay).
- Customers are responsible for compliance with their own selling platform’s policies.
9️⃣ Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for delays or order failures caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, transport strikes, or customs delays.
