At Infinity Wholesale Hub, we aim to provide reliable and timely shipping for all wholesale orders. Please read the following terms regarding our shipping process:
🕒 Order Processing Time
- All orders go through a 5 working day preparation phase after full payment is received.
- During this time, we carefully pick, pack, quality-check, and prepare the inventory for shipping.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.
🏷️ Shipping Labels
- After the 5-day preparation period, shipping labels are generated and attached as per the destination (e.g., Amazon FBA or personal warehouse).
- If you’re shipping to an Amazon warehouse, you must provide FBA box labels and shipping plan in advance.
Dispatch & Delivery
- Once prepared and labeled, orders are dispatched via reliable courier services.
- Estimated delivery time depends on the location and courier but is usually 1–4 working days after dispatch.
- A tracking number will be shared once your order is shipped.
Split Shipping
- If your order includes both Amazon-bound units and self-collection/personal stock, the shipment will be split accordingly.
- We will coordinate pickup or delivery based on your selected option.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs clearance.
- Free shipping is only offered to Amazon FBA warehouses (if applicable).
- For other addresses, shipping charges may apply based on size, weight, and location.
