Damaged or Faulty Items

Return Shipping Costs

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, subject to product availability.
